Are you passionate about supporting quality improvement initiatives that drive positive change in healthcare? West London NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Improvement Programme Support Officer to join our dedicated team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative and practical support for the delivery of the Trust’s Quality Improvement Strategy across all service lines. Working alongside our Quality Improvement Facilitators and Trust Improvement Leads, you will coordinate and manage a wide range of quality improvement projects and programmes.
Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with clinical teams, service users, and key stakeholders. You will support the adoption of quality improvement methodologies, assist with data analysis and reporting, and help to organise training sessions and learning events.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative and project support to the Quality Improvement team, including preparation of materials, data analysis, and documentation.
Coordinate and manage the Trust’s QI training programme, ensuring effective delivery.
Support the reporting and monitoring of quality improvement projects and the wider QI programme, including collating regular updates from project leads.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate advanced administrative skills to support the delivery of a wide range of quality improvement activities.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of QI documentation, tracking tools, and knowledge management resources.
Support teams and services with QI data collection, analysis, and communication.
Provide facilitation for small team meetings as well as large learning sessions, both internally and with external clients.
Assist in the trust-wide reporting of the QI programme, taking leadership for separate programmes of work or elements independently as agreed.
Coordinate the adoption and management of the QI project reporting platform.
Maintain appropriate governance to capture and record changes to plans, milestones, and timeframes.
